Extended Christmas returns policy
We know that our customers like to buy early for Christmas so we have extended our usual 28 days return policy. Any item purchased between 3rd October and the 23rd December 2011 can be returned up to 31st January 2012.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. Onfire offer a FREE returns service using the Collect+ network.
Please note underwear, swimwear and pierced earrings are non-returnable. Womens swimwear must have the protective sticker intact.
Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product code and size required. Please note if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you for payment authorisation. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.
If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.
We aim to process returns in 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for exchange/refund. Please remember to keep your receipt/proof of postage as Onfire cannot accept responsibility for any returns parcels lost in transit.

How does it work?
- Collect+ stores are located in neighbourhood stores across the country and open 7 days per week, early until late.
- To find your nearest Collect+ store click here
- We include a pre-paid returns label* on your delivery note for returning the item/s that you do not want.
- To make a return, repackage your items and place the returns label on the parcel and take to your local Collect+ store who will give you a receipt for your parcel which is your proof of return, please keep this safe.
- This service can be used for parcels weighing up to 10kgs and includes online tracking and up to £100 insurance. If the value of your items exceeds £100 we advise purchasing additional returns labels from www.collectplus.co.uk/onfire
*Please note that the pre-paid returns label can only be used to return parcels via the Collect+ stores network, it cannot be used at the Post Office.

If you are unable to use the Collect+ network then please take your parcel to the post office and request the local courier service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £46 – this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit.
We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Onfire cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
